When did you start with Monaghan?
I started work with Monaghan 8 years ago. In 2006 I started work in Langford in England and it was first job.
What other jobs have you done with Monaghan?
From 2006 to 2007 I worked as a harvester at Langford farm. In 2010 – 2012 I had the opportunity to move to Canada and work as harvester at Essex Kent mushrooms. After a few years, I was promoted to Product Coordinator, and in 2013 I became Harvesting Manager Assistant.
What do you like best about working at Monaghan?
Monaghan has given me a life changing opportunity and a stable, long-term career.
What’s been your best experience at Monaghan?
From childhood I have always wanted to see different countries and experience different cultures. Thanks to Monaghan I work with 15 different nationalities now.
This company gave me the opportunity to see many interesting places and I have received a great life experience in Canada.
The people I work with have changed my outlook and goals in life. They believe in my ability, giving me a chance to show them. If you work in a team with clever, intelligent, responsible and diplomatic people like George Graham, you can learn a lot.
